How did people rate his performance today? World class no doubt which sums up our performance really.

What a limited **** he really is. Hero to some though. Tragic.

Thought he was competitive but as we are all aware he has his limitations.

I didn't go today (badly planned holiday):but I have spoken to a few who did and they all said he had a decent game and was one of our better performers. I just need to ask Ponty72 to complete the set.

I agree completely, he will be outstanding in league one but I rate him in this league so I am biased.

Dawson was poor today and is nowhere near good enough for the Championship imo... It was significant that he was injured or suspended for much of the great run the team went on last season under Flitcroft and I think Wilson has picked the wrong man if he thought keeping him in the side and getting rid of Perkins would be good for our chances of survival.

Not one of our better performers but not one of our worse either. Will be a key player if we go down

Perkins got a new contract with us at one stage after playing well and attracting a lot of attention from other teams/fans, so i would have thought he got himself on to a decent wage by our standards, and that for me will have been the sole reason Wilson choose to get rid, as he could afford one and half maybe two peoples wages with what Perkins was on.

I heard there was a bust up with Perkins after the Coventry FA Cup defeat... Wilson took him off bizarrely and put Jason Scotland on and we didn't have another kick for the last half hour and conceded two goals. Perkins spoke his mind afterwards and was transferred within the next couple of weeks.

I felt dawson (and everyone else for that matter) absolutely bottled any challenge.

That aint dawson. He looked soft as **** today and that hurt watching cos we desperately needed someone to get stuck in today....

Something ain't right. Dawson is usually our rock in the centre so when he goes missing you know the writing is on the wall.

We huffed and puffed. But nothing today. Way off what we needed. Leeds were for the taking today and as so often we have said this season. We just didn't step up.

Dawson got walloped once or twice but that never stopped him before. Today as the game went on we seem to give up. And he was the one player you could normally rely on to keep going. He just turned into something ive never seen before. Not the rough bugger we all know.

Has Danny ever played him there?

No but Flicker did. Danny can see his strengths and plays in his most effective position.

Do you reckon he might have been injured? He got a bad challenge in the first half, stayed down a while and was limping for a bit after that. I thought he was going to have to come off. The limp went, but as you said, he didn't play his usual game. Looked to me like he was carrying that knock for the rest of the game, but might be wrong.
