no ... I think he is there for a long time he went to Everton and turned a mediocre team into a good team , on a very low budget too. Martinez did the same at Swansea. Moyes has now gone to Man Utd and is expected to carry on where Ferguson left off... its not happened yet but they are still in the top 10. I seriously believe that Moyes will do a great job , he will get them winning cups/titles and into Europe. The Lad is a truly top manager... and as a Man Utd Loather that has taken me a a lot to say.... but its facts. Ferguson was offered the Scotland job , always turned it down... I predict Moyes will be offered that job at some point too. The thing that I am totally enjoying is the plastic fans calling for his head... that just totally sums up the whole shebang of Man Utd... plastic fans, I have heard it said that you cannot go to Old Trafford as a Man Ure Supporter if you are actually born and bred in Lancashire... apparently you need to be from the home counties at the nearest to be even considered for a mail listing even.
Re: no ... I think he is there for a long time Absolute tosh, dated a girl from manchester for 3 years, her whole family were season ticket holders at old trafford and despite what citeh fans will have you believe united fans easily outnumber citeh fans in, and out of manchester
Re: no ... I think he is there for a long time Man utd have fans just as passionate as any other club, they also have thousands of fans from Manchester so what dragon says is ******,absolutely. interesting listening to moyes saying they played well, had possession and kept the ball well,,sounds just like danny Wilson of late,as Jamie carragher just said, stats mean nothing if you arnt doing anything with the ball.
Re: no ... I think he is there for a long time Moyes doing a reight job, extend his contract I say, the useless fekker. Hopethishelps
Re: no ... I think he is there for a long time Be interesting to see what their ability is to attract / keep top players now that they aren't even going to make the Europa league.
Moyes should never have been considered for the job and I said this over a year ago without the benefit of hindsight. I don't know what credentials he had that made him so appealing to the united board because the facts are this: - experience in Europe: none. - trophies won: none. - record against the top four of previous seasons: horrific. - record against Liverpool (Evertons biggest rival): horrific. Yep they sure did their homework and now they are paying the price.
