That is the cold hard fact of the matter. No better example than the second half today when we had every attacking player in the squad on the field, yet we couldn't create a single chance. One of our players, and they'd take it in turns, would give the ball away and the attack would break down. Somehow we've managed to put together a formation and tactics that work well away from home, when the opposition come at us, but when they sit back and we have to break them down we can't do it because we don't have the quality. We have one of the three worst squads in the division and when that happens relegation is extremely difficult to avoid. Not that I have anything against the players we have, those on the field today tried, they're just not quite good enough.

Cranie was our best player today, but I'd give the MOTM to Lawrence. Not that he played particularly well, but he ran his heart out and looked like he really cared.

Lawrence was absolute tripe. But then, they all were. To a shitty man.
    Appalling. Feeble. Gash.
    Today was an embarrassment.

Not sure which game you were watching if you thought Lawrence was the worst. All about opinions but I am baffled by that.

I thought he was one of our best players today, despite being absolute tripe. Which says a lot.

Cranie for me with Lawrence second and you have the away form reasoning spot on and at home we create very little against teams that sit back. We didn`t get any second ball off the O`Grady aerial battle today, they pressed us well and put pressure on the player with the ball which produced wayward passing.

Their players were going down like flies when anyone went near them and to be fair we had 3/4 divers on show today also which made my blood boil.

Poor result, poor game and a poor way that football is going.

Hel be after a contract next season.

Not sure he's up to the rigours of league one or playing every week any more though. Did well today so well played. Shame we can't say that about the rest of em.

Lawrence played well first half but he got worse as the game went on & was out on his feet by the end

Covered as much ground as Dawson today I`m not surprised he was out on his feet he was at the end of the game at Charlton on Tuesday.

Crainie was my MOTM today, but then I'd struggle to pick another one. M'Voto tried his heart out and wasn't bad, but made too many misjudgements, Lawrence ran around a lot, but was ineffective and made more mistakes than good passes. It was just an awful performance, and to a casual observer they mustn't have realise how precarious a position we were in, considering our total lack of urgency. We could have played all week and never got a shot on target. It would be a travesty if we somehow now stayed up.

He was garbage, would like to his pass completion stats. Ran around but apart from covering ground did nothing but give the ball away.

I think mine were at the ref. Although we were really poor that second half, but I was numb by then.

Free kick to Barnsley, no card. Free kick to Barnsley, no card. Free kick to Barnsley, no card. Free kick to Barnsley, no card. Free kick to Barnsley, no card. Free kick to Barnsley, no card. Free kick to Barnsley, no card. Free kick to Leeds, our first foul of the day, yellow card to Etuhu. Free kick to Barnsley, exactly the same challenge as Etuhu did 30 seconds earlier in exactly the same area of the pitch but at the opposite end, no card. Jay: "f*%6**! c&6% F%%^ "

original post had it completely correct I'm disappointed but we are clearly just not good enough. The only player we had today that looked Championship standard was Cranie.

Yeah, sorry about that, mate. There's no excuse for it, even though I'd lost my rag. I'm well aware of the young 'uns around us, including yours and so I should've reacted better.
    Sorry.
