We either need to support wilson or get rid I would like to see him stay no good keep changing managers each season what must go is alot of the team mcourt, frimpong, mellis and the rest I would keep most of defence but we need a new midfield and a striker to feed off cog and hopefully next season we will be filling league one grounds n pushing for promotion
IMO we need a total clearout, players and management. Lets start a new era with Home grown talent, lets utilise our academy.
We need to keep him and allow him to build a team with players who actually care, not loan signings. Build it around Digby, RNL and Rose and ship out everyone except Steele, Jennings, COG and maybe Dawson (who should be better in league 1) Rather than wasting wages on the likes of Frimpong and Proschwitz, we need to spend what we have wisely!
Id keep mvoto cranie steele jennings and cog thats unless another championship team comea in for em then we wont see em for dust
I forgot to mention digby rnl n rose gos without saying home grown lads who want to play for the club but dont get enougb game time
You are kidding yourself if you think it will produce enough that card up to it It's a grand ambition but completely impossible.
Yep if we'd have given it a go they would ave caved in I'll bet they couldn't believe they ad won that game. Why he went with those tactics which ad served us so badly against a team that ad lost eight out of ten of their previous games is baffling. Teams that had a go at Leeds had borne fruit surely Wilson knew this. This is not a relegation that was inevitable imo
no Dave the whole season has relegated us, not just the odd game we have been just not good enough. I do not blame Wilson either and not totally Flitcroft too.... but there are a good many glass backed bastads that pulled on a Red shirt this term that totally get the blame for me.
I don't know, its not my responsibility is it. But im sure there is SOMEBODY out there, a young ambitious manager.
In a league too high. IMO to compete in the championship nowadays you need experience. We were wrong to appoint Keith Hill when we did and expect him to do well with us using league 2 players. It was a gamble and it didn't pay off. Now we need to completely change the mentality of the club, with a young ambitious manager eg. Karl Robinson or someone like him, who should be given a good few years to nurture young talent from our academy. I'm not suggesting using 11 academy players each week obviously, but to pick the best from our academy and hopefully we can do similar to what Southampton have done. Now we have someone with ******** in Ben Mansford we could make ££££s from these players if they attract the right attention, and obviously if they were we would be doing pretty well in the league.
