Honest Question, Does anyone want us to be relegated on Saturday?

If it was up to me, Flitcroft would still be in charge.

I'd have done almost anything to get him to sign at the end of last season. What he did between January and April was amazing. It will stay with me for the rest of my life. Brilliant, brilliant times.

I prefer Danny Wilson to Flitcroft as both a person and a manager. I think he's done a far better job since taking over than Flitcroft would have done. I'm happy that Danny Wilson is our manager and I think our fortunes will turn around in the long run. However, there's absolutely no way that six months after that great escape I could have sacked the manager who orchestrated that. He'd have got two years from me at least. I'm not going to try to argue it would have been the right thing to do, I'm fully aware of Flicker's limitations, but I would have worked under the premise that he could improve. And I believe in loyalty.

A big problem this season is that because we performed miracles last year, people expected it again. Escapes like last year happen a couple of times in a life time not every season. What usually happens is the poor team gets relegated.

 

Looks like you are alone on wanting us relegated on the significance of 26th of April.

If we do officially be relegated on saturday i'd like us to send back all loan signings straight away and instead blood some youngsters in the meaningless QPR game.

Don't want us to be relegated at Oakwell. Don't want us to go into the last game with a chanace of staying up with will only leave us deflated and quite upset.

No, hopefully 3 points on Saturday and B'Ham, Donny, Millwall and Blackpool all lose. Don't think that will happen, but can't bring myself to lose hope yet - sad I know.
