If you have to ask the question then you know you will in the end, save the huffing and puffing, take advantage of the earlybird prices and have done with it. Save your sanity and money ;)

Saying that, I'm still sat on the fence lol

Made several attempts to renew on line but every time it treats me like a new customer and tells me which one I can have nearest where I want to be. It just will not allow me to just renew what I already have

Anyone else had this problem? I'm not an IT numpty by any means but I cannot work out what is going wrong. I have emailed the club but no response yet.

If you have the email they sent you regarding renewal just use the link and that should take you to the right spot with your details. If not try the Facebook page as the response on that is excellent.

Thanks for that. I am pretty sure I tried the link from the email as Option number one, some time last week.

It's poor that when the club needs every penny they can get that they make things so hard sometimes. People with less interest in buying the product than I have would probably give up after one or two attempts. The marketing isn't quite right with things like this

I think this is the crux of a lot of the debates going on on here at present. Which type are you:

    1) Watched them since Noah set sail; always will; it's what I do/who I am.

    2) Watched them on and off since Noah set sail; tolerate it only when the entertainment value is high; not so committed to chuck money at 'em when they're performing atrociously (i.e. good chunks of the last seven years and the whole of the last 12 months).

I think there's a 'head' v 'heart' thing going off.

At this point, my 'head' is winning.

Had no problem renewing mine and my daughter's last night. Have you got the form with your unique customer number?

Yes I have all the info I need including an activated ticket account complete with email address and password. I just cannot get to the button that allows me to renew my season ticket. When I follow the instructions on Facebook about how to do it it just tells me that my account is already activated and invites me to reset my password. This isn't necessary as my password is good.

I asked it to find me by putting in the unique number, it found me and I added the 'found' ticket to my basket and Bob's yer Monkhouse. Good luck with getting it sorted. It seems I'm no help.

Yes. Absolutely. Definitely. Blimey, it's a piece of cake spending someone else's money!:D
By the way, mate, I was talking to your friend (the chef at the Waggon & Horses) about you earlier. Both you and he were spoken of with affection.:D

To be fair, I haven't seen him for ages. He might not work there any more. Sure he does though.
