Dawson is what he is. A good league one standard player who on the whole struggles in the championship. It's simple for me if we go down he stays, if we stay up he goes. But having said that if he's found guilty of spot fixing he's go regardless of what division we're in.
Dawson has done extremely well by all accounts in that league before, thought he was doing alright for us when he first signed though he's been admittedly ***** since he got injured last year. Never want to see Kennedy again purely because his one trick of floating it harmlessly up the left wing has become my single most hated action of anything ever. Also agree with the suggestion that C'OG going could be a blessing in disguise in that we won't have the option of smashing it up to him constantly and we might have to try something else, not that that's any slight against him, really good player who's had a thankless job.
Love your knowledge of the u21 games p72. It was a very young Derby team and you only need 5/6 players to be playing well at what level to win.
Both proven at that level. Dawson was linked with us aswell as a host of other championship clubs at that time and that speaks volumes in it's self and the same could be said for Kennedy before Leicester snapped him up. Too good league one players. Infact didn't Kennedy play 30+ games when Leicester got promoted from that division?

Was bobby **** when he played against Leeds in Danny's first game ? . Been unlucky with injuries , but still a good player
I love how you'd release Bobby based on a under 21 game when he was building fitness rather than a competitive match where he was the best player on the pitch v Leeds & one of the best v Derby. Luckily you aren't making the decisions. The only logical reason to release Bobby would be his injury record. Apart from you I don't know a single fan who'd release him based on his ability
But it has already been established your footballer talent spotting is crap ! You reckon Frimpong has played well since he has been here, you even thought he did well at Wednesday ! So therefore your opinions on any player is now null and void !!

I don't buy into that. Some would have said that Woods, Frimpong and Hunt were proven at this level. I am not basing my opinions on TK and Daws on what they 'might' be like in a future season in another division. I'm basing them on what I've seen of them in the last couple of years. And I've deemed them poor footballers. It says a lot about this season when folk are suggesting two of our worst players are worth keeping. I've preferred watching Mellis, Cywka, Paddy. But I'd get shut of them as well. Barnard is bang on with his tweets tonight. Time to rebuild. If we can't get better than Dawson or Kennedy to play third division football then we may as well not bother.
Theres a lot of it that isn't good Redstar. You can get some good games that are worth it like Leeds in the league games but some games aren't. But it's better than the old system of playing in the pointings reserve league against Rotherham u18's that are worse than the sides that the u18's play.
Pretty much agree. If possible id be building a team around Digby. Not sure id keep Rnl. Would love to see him come good but hes just never fit. Try to keep Steele and jennings.
