It would be interesting to know how much we paid for him.
Would have been better with a new Scoreboard !

Reading in-between the lines of Ben's interview we have chalked **** on him, he's also admitted on twitter he 'can't afford another fine'. [IMG]

Good to see the club have disciplined him if what this suggests is true, at least some of that salary will be able to go back into the club instead of being thrown down the pot.

Reading that as someone who is on the minimum wage, the irony of a man who does very little for the astronomical amount my club pay him saying he 'can't afford' a fine is beyond belief. I wish I could laugh about it but it is very, very disheartening.

Ben said as much, that both Shea and Frimpong have both been failures. And he's right.

They were just a desperate gamble to try and keep us in the championship which obviously went horribly wrong.
Imo the transactions were obvious to the club weeks ago and the club were preparing for the inevitable although hoping they might buck up (the loan players) and give us chance.
Hopefully we will have a more meaningful and fruitful foray into the transfer market in the summer and get rid of any bad or indifferent influences that exist at the club at present.
Hope so anyway because the fans will only stand so many seasons of near misses without reaching our goal.
    Remember iley out?

I would rather put a red shirt on a new scoreboard and play it in midfield ahead of Frimpong.

my concern is we'll fall into the old 'he'd do a job in League 1' trap and before we know it, we're stuck with most of the $hite that got us relegated

Well two things with that imo
One is there are definitely players who weren't good enough for this division who could do a job in league one and we should keep.
Two only the players who tried not the fekers who didn't give a toss but they will have been on to their agents months ago spineless two hats

    Would it track back?

Surely it would be better to put the scoreboard in goal? I reckon about 8 yards wide and 8 feet high would be a good size for a scoreboard.

It would light up games, excellent vision in the middle of the park twinned with the ability to act as a protective screen in front of the defence.
