In case you may be interested, by my calculations we shall be going to: Certain: Yeovil Swindon Sheff Utd MK Dons Port Vale Walsall Bristol City Bradford Crawley Oldham Gillingham Coventry Colchester (almost certain) Rochdale Scunny 2 from: Tranmere Carlisle Crewe 1 from: Birmingham Millwall Charlton Blackpool Donny 2 from: Chesterfield Fleetwood Burton York Southend 3 from: Preston Leyton Orient Rotherham Peterboro As you can see I don't have much to do!
Tranmere, Carlisle, Blackpool, Chesterfield, York, Preston, Rotherham and Peterboro is how i'd like it to turn out.
Potentially 10 teams from the league when we won promotion to the Prem Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
and do you have a problem with us visiting those grounds ? not being nasty to you but is there an issue with it?
Re: and do you have a problem with us visiting those grounds ? None at all. After what has happened I am totally looking forward to it. At least we may win a few games!
I was surprised by how many teams are ones I would class as 'good' or at least 'well known'. Bear in mind that I never look at any league table apart from the one we are in, we've been in the same league as a vast majority of those teams before. (Possibly last time we were in League One like).
Re: and do you have a problem with us visiting those grounds ? You digging for something that isn't there? I found this thread very helpful.
True - looks a decent league compared to the last time we were in League 1 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Been to nearly all of them before, and even played on one. Need Fleetwood or York for something new. Not been to Northampton (Cov), Bristol City Or Crawley
no not at all Jammy I do see how you have taken my thread reply to the OP and will apologise for the mis-understanding. But Now trust me and believe me when I tell you we will have a very enjoyable season next term. I will not say we will be the Masters of the universe in L1 , I will not even say we will get into the top 6... but we will not have as many miserable days as we have had for the last 5 year or so. I serioulsly would love it if Barnsley became European champs .. but I certainly do not want that at cost of becoming like the Merseysiders or the Mancs or the Londoners... even the Geordies are suffering for that aspirations. No I would rather be in the same league as Worsbro or Hoyland Jags than have all that nonsense.
Re: no not at all Jammy I hope Crewe stop up purely for the fact of my brothers mate who he shares a house with at Uni is a Crewe fan, it'll give me somebody to have a bit of a laugh with during the season other than the few United fans i know at work.
oh an By the way JAMMY heres summat that you my find helpful too http://www.footballgroundguide.com/ this is a great guide ... do take a look at all of the photos of the grounds across all of the leagues , I do so urge you and all our fans to do so, reason I say this is because I believe its not all about the league status... its about being there. Having a local side to support. As long as the Reverends team continues then that's all that really matters...... no matter what level we are playing in.
Re: oh an By the way JAMMY heres summat that you my find helpful too Looking forward to a visit to Crawley and Crewe as never been and Fleetwood should they come up. Onwards and upwards.
