    What if you don't want to or can't phone? If the club can't answer emails, they shouldn't publicise the email address.

    The people I'm referring to were the two Bayern München fans who came over for the Leeds match, and emailed the club 3 times with no reply. What a fine way to sell the club!

    Was having problems working out how to add a ticket on for my nephew so I pinged the boxoffice@barnsleyfc.co.uk an email and got a rapid and helpful reply from Beth :)

    First season ticket in the ponte purchased.

    I've sent 2 emails now regarding online season ticket renewal. These were sent on Friday and this morning. I have also sent a message via Twitter and Facebook. No response whatsoever. I'm working 8 until 6 today and don't get chance to use the phone.

    That's appalling, and Ben needs to sort it.

    It's even more appalling because it's being going on for years.

    I worked with the club around 3 years ago. At the time I had difficulty sending an email, so I rang the club. The response was "oh that e mail address doesn't work". As if that was an acceptable response for a Commercial organisation.

    It is the same e mail address as is still being advertised.
