Over as a contest in no time at all. Just a bunch of prima donnas falling over and feigning injury.

Thank goodness we don't live in a drums at football matches culture. Nauseating all the way through the match. When I used to watch Borussia Monchengladbach in the early 1990s there was one moron who used to perch on top of the fence behind the goal banging away from first minute to last. Doesn't improve the atmosphere as far as I am concerned.

PS Only watching it with one eye because we have visitors and he wanted to watch it

Bayern have been awful. Guardiola has taken his dull tika taka and ruined the most attacking side in Europe. He bores me rigid.

No, why do you ask? Is it because I don't want to listen to someone drumming all the way through a football match? You like that presumably

As you can clearly see by my smiley face it was a little tongue in cheek joke to you. Grab yourself a quick scotch and have a early night and hopefully you may be in a better mood tomorrow eh?

For your info yes I do like the occasional drum, a think you can excuse them tonight with it being a SEMI FINAL IN THE EUROPEAN CUP.

    night night

They don't only come out for European Cup semi finals though do they and some even turn up in the lower leagues in England. Not being miserable about it. Just saying I don't like it, that's all. They add NOTHING to the atmosphere of the game as far as I am concerned - just my opinion that's all

Like you say it's all opinions, maybe if I was sat next to him for 90 minutes I'd be calling him all the names under the sun!!!!

There was a drum at the Riverside on Saturday. In fact without the drum the home support made no noise whatsoever. Fact.

I'm with you though, they do my head in at football games, ruin the atmosphere if anything.

When I started watching Gladbach I used to be behind that goal, not ten yards away from the monkey on his perch. Bang, bang, bangy bangy bang - on an on, none stop no matter what the score was. Germans don't need a drummer to get them going, they manage it perfectly well by themselves with their flag waving.

Amazing how Bayern have gone nearly all season without losing a league game yet they get slaughtered tonight with barely a fight. Bet the Bavarians are a bit mystified by that

I do :) Never sat directly next to one though. I'm sure we used to have on back then. That's why I like them now, it reminds me of us.

Well and truly, they wrapped up the league then all set there minds on the beaches by the looks of it. It appears this tip tap football doesn't always work.

Possession doesn't win you games GOALS do :D

You do??? You're bonkers! You would certainly change your mind if you were right next to one. I used to like our Ora Stand Band but I don't recall us ever having just a drummer (mind you, until this season, I have missed most of every season due to living away).

What a great year I picked to return!! All my fault

TFP ate them. Thankfully. Took him ages to pass the trumpet.

His teams bore me to fooooook too. I sincerely hope his 'brand' of football never polutes our country. Made about 300 passes more than Real did but it did them no good. Alright trying to pass a team to death but get a move on instead of patient build up play making five passes to pass where you could easily with one pass which is dull as dishwater.

As for Real Madrid I wish we had a 49 goal a season player in our team :D
