    The footballing authorities don’t have the backbone to do anything about it but HMRC will and other creditors will run out of patience. The bubble will burst eventually.

    Their biggest fight isn't winning against the clubs it is that they lost in their battle against the football creditors rule (Pompey). They will challenge this again and they will win.

    These FFP rules seem to be as effective as a 'No Ball Games' sign in park, the consequences of not obeying will be similar as well
