That is a separate matter on which I happen to agree. It is not appropriate to the response I gave to the poster in my opinion

Maybe not ..... but it made me laugh. ho hum.

Tax credits is an interesting one - as I understand them they're not tax credits at all. Just benefits by another name. I'd prefer it if perhaps the limit before which people paid tax at all were raised significantly.

Perhaps that married people could share tax allowances.

And minimum wage increase above inflation s

So people could work their own way to supporting themselves rather than rely on handouts.

You know just like the evil wicked Tories are doing right now.....

But to avoid being accused of an apologist for the Tories I'd just encourage people to vote against the incumbent.

    vote for change.

lt's the only way to keep them on their toes.

Apart from Redrum.........no other has said who they will be voting for in this post

They are all slagging Ukip but none are brave enough to admit who they will be voting for

Maybe Redstar will stand up and say he is voting Labour..........but then again Redstar thinks the political climate in Cuba is the way forward.
Obviously he hasn't been and spoken to the people in Cuba then.

I repeat...............I'll be voting for UKip

Only alternative is Dave..........but I just cant see myself voting for a party in which their leaders all went to the same school

Labour know how to win elections but have moved away from the middle ground area established by Tony Blair - now they only talk about the poor and needy
............and t'owd man.........we need to look after people working if we are to generate income for the poor and needy.............
........Foreign aid workers.......Always feed the starving mother FIRST...........because when she becomes strong she can then look after all the starving children

Liberals will do nothing while they have liar liar Nick Clegg in charge..........and especially now the Cyril Smith debacle is on the horizon.......only chance they have is for Vince Cable to take over the leadrership

It's quite obvious that I will vote Labour. I'll consider voting Green or another left wing ( loosely in the case of Labour ) For your information I've been to Cuba and spoke to a lot of people. There's plenty of good and obviously done bad in their system but at least there's no delusion of political freedom demonstrated by a multiple party system of parties largely saying the same things. No-one that stands for Parliament there is required to be a member of the Communist Party and participation from local to national levels is very high. Imagine that. What ought to happen in Cuba is that their people lose their right to their nations self determination and direction and become another identikit USA wannabe like we have. Coca-Cola and McDonalds can't wait. How can you consider voting for Call Me Dave, let alone UKIP? You are their enemy.

Further Edit: Rather apt you rate Vince Cable. A **** of the highest order .

In principle yes. But what about the wage burden on small employers ? Many of which are able to pay themselves far less than the minimum wage ?

This reduces the amount that the state has to fund and moves the burden onto the employer. Reminds me of the move in the early 80s from fully funded sickness benefit to employer funded SSP.

Saving the NHS like Andy Burnham did? Like Mid-Staffs, like Labour have done in Wales where the NHS is falling apart? Dream on.

High standard of education for all, we're falling down the world education league tables, more like a substandard education system for all.

Ensuring their voters are looked after more like and ******* up the economy again and creating massive debt like they do every time they're in power.

I'm voting UKIP because I don't want to live in a European superstate run by bureaucrats, sounds like a horrible dystopia like 1984 or (the movie) Brazil.

If it was a left-wing party that was offering this I'd vote for them (the Labour Party did used to be anti-EU once but they sold out).

From the small business owners friend, Maggie? I don't believe it.

Sort of related but did you see the figures today on zero hours contracts?

Labour did nothing to stop banking lunacy but all their fault they lost their grip of financial reality?

They should have let the banks fail....

I said what they could do. This shower of **** you constantly claim not to support yet persistently defend are doing a great job at dismantling our greatest achievement as a nation via the back door. All for private profit. Great. Plus the waste if money and lunatic breeding ground of free schools.

Why consider voting UKip..........I'll tell thi
    1) just go and stand at any burger bar and listen to what is being said about Eastern Europeans willing to work for the minimum wage and reducing the wages of working people from this country
    2)...pet hate.............wind turbines..........another pet hate.........CAP payments
    3) Other parties not saying much except for the Conservatives. Labour lost its way when they kicked out the goose that laid the golden eggs
    4) I have a pit pension that I will be drawing on in the next parliament - which is the party (not Labour) that will give me the greatest amount per week?
    5) Human Rights issues.........need to be made within the Houses of Parliament..........i.e. the place of 100s of years of democracy that stood up and fought communism and fascism

That's a few things to start off with
