This nightmare/joke/abomination of a season just keeps on giving (us ****).
Emmanuel Frimpong @IAMFRIMPONG26 14m Twice my mum came to see me play twice I was abused by some of these fans discusting go have a go at someone else not me u can't blame Me
Just been talking to him on twitter for a while and I get what he means to an extent. Players shouldn't be abused while their family are their watching there son/grandson but on the other hand he opened himself to the abide he gets because of his terrible attitude and poor form.
He's a joke and typical of the younger generation of millionaire footballers. I hope he has a long and happy career in the conference.
I know only too well what it's like for players families at matches. Away matches especially because the family sit in with the away fans. So they hear some right *****. I believe he's entitled to feel aggrieved about that, and he's right when he suggests he's not to blame for us going down. And, I thought he seemed a nice enough lad when I spoke with him last weekend. However, and this is my problem with him, he's not bothered about being a footballer. He can't be. Everything he says/does gives me that opinion of him. He should buckle the **** down and make something of himself whilst he has the chance. Not here, obviously, he's going. But if he wants respect from fans, those who contribute to his wages, he needs to respect them too. His time at Oakwell has been a joke. His videos/photos/tweets etc have been a collection of things mocking us. Some of it obscene. Does his mum cry at them too? He's going though. We should chalk **** on him like he chalked **** on football the day he left Arsenal.
Agree with this 100% and this is what I was trying to say to him. I wouldn't be surprised to see him drop out of the game and concentrate on his clothing label, either that or he'll just live off the fact his best pal is Lethal Bizzle. I hope to god that if he does get another club that he tries to show at least in ounce of passion because it's an ounce more than he has even shown at oakwell.
Would we have seen any difference if we had signed his Mother, think she would have applied herself better than her juvvie?
He is a waste of space as a footballer and if he does not like his mum hearing it said, he should put some fekkin effort in, the clown. And just because Mr W Hitey has met him it does not mean he us a nice fellow. I am a nice fellow too but I don't get thousands a week for being a shlte footballer and expecting not to get criticised. Prima Dona footballers get my fekking goat. Hth
Who keeps telling you your a nice fellow ? A..The bloke in the mirror ? B.. The bloke who you never see but keeps talking to you? C.. your doctor/councillor? D..Your gissue customers? answers on a twenty pound note This won't help at all
Get the impression from him that he was someone used to bigger crowds etc. Once spoke to Paul Merson who said that sometimes through the week he'd be up for it, get to home game in an empty passionless stadium and think what's the point. Good player, wrong club.
Players should be up for it whether they are playing in front of 90,000 or 367 fans, it's what they earn a wage for.
Spot on. He seems more interested in social media, 'dench' and the fact he's related to Lethal Bizzle. I genuinely thought he'd be a really good signing for us, but sadly he's been unbelievably disappointing. As you say, he seems to be constantly mocking his time here. Looks like he's believed his own 'hype' and looks down on us as a club, as if he could do much better. It'll be interesting to see where he ends up next.
Still don't get why we signed him or why he wanted to come in the first place. Did he think he was going to Burnley and only realised his mistake the first time he rocked up at Oakwell?
Twice i went to watch you twice you were ****, **** off to Wycombe or summat has he deleted the tweet now?
Arsenal paid to get rid of him. If we had any money, we would have done the same. If he plays more than another year of professional football I will be amazed.
A shambolic signing. Alarm bells started ringing straight away at the press conference, when he said 'you'll just have to wait and see', when he was asked what kind of player he was and what he would bring to the team. Those alarm bells were well and truly confirmed, 20 minutes into the Wednesday game.
