    Just up road from Ambulance depot at Platts Common where that school used to be end of Market Street.

    Looking at some of the councillors and some of the policies passed I'd say that if it were a lib dem,conservative or any other party that were regularly voted in there would be many similar faces.

    Why is it a wind up?

    I can see what the people of Barnsley have done for Labour but I can't see what Labour have done for the people of Barnsley.

    I'm a little too young to remember but I'm told the town centre had some nice old buildings before the Labour Council tore them down and replaced them with horrible concrete monstrosities.

    So do I but I just have a different interpretation of how public money should be spent and on whom. I don't think this makes me selfish, I just prefer to distribute help to those that really need and deserve it.

    Really ? Recently rated the second best public health system in the world.

    Pretty incredible given the continued neo-liberalisation of it.

    There is no point in politics threads on here 70% of people on here will bang on about labour and slag all the other parties off and whatever you say there opinion is right I wont be voting ill be too busy

    The last rating I saw was 18th, in terms of cancer survival rates we are significantly behind most of the rest of the western world.
