    My favourite was the second - but the fourth must be the best satire on war ever made How it could tackle such a depressing subject as trench warfare and get it so right was just brilliant - not in any way offensive, hilarious and a perfect anti war program

    The 3rd was good but not up with the 2nd and 4th for me

    The second was good, the episode when Percy discovers 'purest green' was brilliant. You're right about the writing of the forth, they got it spot on. It was so cleverly written and funny, even the poignancy of the last episode was done perfectly.
