and theres the first one that did not take long , and predictably one of the names I TOALLY expected.
i second this. bunch of to55ers - voting for a party founded by a billionaire, serving the interests of billionaires, under the (rather distastful) guise of nationalism - and of course good old fashioned racism. t****unts of the highest order.
The mainstream parties need a kick up the backside and this should definitely provide that. I don't want them in power but wouldn't begrudge them a few MPs at the next election and I'm sure they'll get a few. I think with UKIP you have to be careful not to believe some of the stuff floating around the internet are their actual policies - the majority of the extreme ones are b*llocks, made up by people just to smear them. I see UKIP as a similar party to those that govern Australia, it just seems in our politically correct society that no-one wants to be seen to have any support for them at all.
Re: theres the second one how's that then? not able to find any minorities to shoot, so picking on fish in a barrel? nice.
Well if its Rascist to want control over your own borders, then I have to plead guilty, but it seems to me these days your rascist for anything and everything, when really its a term thats used by the PC brigade to stop any sort of discussion that they don`t agree with. Please tell us Mr Red Lemonade where do you sit, give us your take on things.......................
Throwing the racist tag at them just seems lazy and unfair to me. Their policy isn't about saying 'you're foreign so you're not welcome', it's about controlling who comes to the country rather than the free for all it has been. It's an important issue, and it seems anyone who wants to bring it to the table is branded racist. Its getting to the point where the word immigration feels racist. The amount of votes they've got shows what an important issue it is to the electorate. People can see we are closing in on saturation point, our population can't carry on increasing indefinitely, it's not possible without carnage. The other parties don't seem to consider it that important. I personally didn't vote for them but that's because I think they need to start promoting a larger portfolio of policies before I can take them seriously. I can see why people have voted for them though, it needs a shake up at the top. I can't stick Farage either tbh.
Re: and theres the first one The avatar is a bit of a clue. Hup Hamburg! We are staying up, say we are staying up!
You clearly don't understand the meaning of racism then. Might want to try educating yourself before referring to people as to'ssers, c'unts and racists.
thats correct mate. It is just a mystery to me exactly what is Racism.... seems to me if you are a white Caucasian (spelling?) with a family history going back a good few hundred years in UK then you have no rights at all, this also applies to the families of our common wealth who came here too of various colours and beliefs... however NOW If you come from whatever place in the world with a family history of less than 60 or 70 years on these shores , then you can call ALL the shots. How the hell is that good... why can we not have the policy of Australia/New Zealand when it comes down to immigration. But if we are all OK with 9/11 , Lockerbie ... Lee Rigsby etc .... then lets just carry on as we are.
What a surprise, the anti UKIP alliance is alive and well on the BBS. It amazes me that it is considered shameful to vote for anything besides the centre and centre left parties. Labours record on immigration and the economy amongst many things were shameful but that is conveniently swept under the carpet on here.
Don't hold your breath waiting for a valid and coherent argument as to how 'racism' is defined in the new PC dictionary.
Of course it's shameful to vote for UKIP one step down the evolutionary scale from the BNP. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Good post agree with that other partys shy away from a refurendum on europe too and we do need better border control its a joke people can jump straight off boat not speak a word of english but claim our benifits use our nhs and schools without contributing anything you couldnt do that in america or australia
Got to agree with everything here, Mario. Not saying I am a UKIP voter, but it is a laughable smear campaign. Some of the stuff I have seen is beyond a joke. People being attacked and abused for being associated with UKIP. We live in a democracy, the very thing the left leaning parties seem to want to champion all the time, yet, disagree with them and they will do anything to stop you. I say, well done to them. Farage, in my opinion, is a decent chap. However, his party, and those within it, have a lot of growing to do. Do I think his party could run a country? No. Not yet at least. What does make me sick is those around here who constantly go out at every election and vote Labour. I cannot even begin to describe how much I despise that party. I'm sure if a lot more opened their eyes, and indeed, looked at their own town as an example of Labour's work, they would too. Tin hat is on.
hers another sandal wearer social worker kinda beard wearer.... time to grow a pair mate. Did you realise that our old national dishes like 'Fish and Chips' ' Roast Beef and Yorkshires' 'Pie and peas' ' pie and mash' ' jellied Eels' 'Tripe and cow heels' 'Haggis' 'Lava bread' ' Cornish pasties ' have now all been steam rollered away and now our national dish is CURRY. WTF has happened here. But then now I would ask you to go to somewhere like Calcutta ... Bahrain... Istanbul.. Moscow... Warsaw.... and ask for a Pork pie... or maybe a Scotch Egg.... Go on I dare you
It's true that not all people concerned with immigration are racist, but all racists are anti-immigration. And the problem is UKIP spends as much time putting forward racist arguments against immigration as the non-racist reasons. Which is why they deservedly get criticised and why those who are opposed to immigration for non-prejudicial reasons really should seek their politics elsewhere. UKIP are funny anyway. They're free market capitalists opposed to the EU, which is proper mental. How can you believe in that form of economics but not the free movement of Labour? They're as bonkers as Eurosceptic Tories. When your main reason for existing contradicts everything else you believe in, its hard not to think that their reasons for being anti-immigration aren't more sinister.
