    I watched a bit of Brazil's friendly last week and they were using it.

    They've been using it in a few of the friendlies over the past couple of weeks, pretty sure they use it in the MLS too?

    That's right, they have used it over here in the MLS for a couple of years now. First time I saw it I thought they were marking the grass for building purposes because there is no proper football being played on the pitches.

    I thought it was going to say that they planned to spray a player on one yellow with a yellow paint or something to avoid the debacle of three yellow cards again.

    Or maybe used to spray players in the eyes as an alternate punishment. I'd use it instead of booking a player for taking off his shirt after scoring.
