Something that won't exist north of the border if you vote "yes".

Don't think anyone knows at this stage. I certainly don't. I hope Scotland stays in the union because I like Scotland and I like Scottish people, but I understand they should have the right to choose their own destiny. Whichever route you choose I hope the country flourishes. I think we'd be stronger together though, just my opinion.

You think that you'll be able to sustain yourselves? I'm not sure, tbh, it'll be interesting to see though, that's for sure

Jay I'd be more concerned if the rest of the UK political parties were to say, you want to leave then off you go. But they all want to keep us. Obviously we have much to give and we will be keeping it to ourselves.

As for this thread, I love my job, I get paid a nice sum and get to work from home the hours I want (although that does mean I normally work 16 hours a day at the oddest times)

It's not difficult work though, it's just extremely stressful and frustrating. But that's why I have BFC to make me sane and less stressed :) or not...

Yes I think we will do alright. Why don't you? Can you answer me why all the English polital parties are fighting hard to keep us. Surely it's a case of you want what we have got. Both sides are being very selfish over Scotland's wealth.

I don't think either of us will benefit from you going, which, IMO is why the parties are fighting hard to keep you in the fold. I just can't see Scotland being able to hold their own without the funds from the UK, I hope you prove me wrong though (although I'd rather you stay), but like I say, I can't see either side benefiting, but I think Scotland will come off worse in the long run.

That's definitely a theory that holds some water. We'll have to see. I certainly won't be hoping you fall on your arse. Keep the pound though. I don't want to **** about changing money just to go up to Edinburgh.

You're basing your economy on North Sea oil. That's not happening. You will be skint before the next euros. The current perks you receive that we don't will not be viable.

Alex Salmond is the Scottish version of Nick Clegg. A self serving turd.

Not just North Sea Oil but the likes of Faslane which costs millions to service. As soon as Independence is assured it will be up to the English government to take back their nuclear weapons and plant them in someone in Englands back yard. Saving Scotland millions and making us nuclear free and a peace loving nation not a war mongering one which I live under ATM.
And we will keep the pound as it is as much ours as yours. Should we have to adopt another currency they you will be left with our share of the national debt as we will not be subscribing to it. Which is why we will still use the pound.

TBH 66 if polls are to be believed it is still the NO's who are ahead. But everytime a new poll is done the gap seems to narrow.
One thing is certain it will be very close.
