... On the other hand everyone knows that he is nuts. Why weren't we winding him up from inside the tunnel? Niggling him all the way. Other teams have done Beckham and Rooney with their own petulance through red cards. And as you say, failing that putting him into the wall bottom (and likewise for Pirlo) from the first ten minutes, but no, let's stand off. I mean Mario Balotelli is a mentalist.
