Maybe so, but I don't think I'd have been doing manual labour for 20 hours 2 days straight and not eating due to fear/not having the time to do so.

not sleeping or eating through fear of failing or making mistakes is absolutely crackers, lack of rest is the main reason for people making poor decisions and silly mistakes, which lead to anxiety and sleepless nights and the vicious circle just continues until your worsts nightmares come true and you fail

Set of winkers the lot of them. At odds with gove on the way forward (and he doesn't know his left from right!!)

People don't realize that they were actually 'outsourced' and have now under Wilshaw been brought back into ofsted (yes private companies were employed to do ofsted inspections!!!)
And some of those doing the inspections were ' management prospects from marks and Spencer and other such companies with no connection to education!! Can you believe that????

Oh and some companies that are bidding for the probation service nationwide are thought to be MacDonald's, sodehxo, catch 22 and I
Some other non description companies, and add into that felon Eddie stobbart, I kid you NOT!!!!!

The past two governments have much to answer for ...

A counsellor can, and for sake of 2 hours a week she worked wonders with my other half no more sitting on the hedge of the bed all night or pacing up and down the kitchen talking to work colleagues from getting home to going to bed

OFSTED are in for 2 days, there wasn't really the chance or the time to book a counsellor after we received the phone call and I certainly don't feel like I need one now. We worried, we worked bloody hard and we got through it.

Tha should try 3 shifts at pit with 12 hour neets for 7 days every three weeks............no home comforts darn the dark unwelcoming hole kid......nowhere to sit, nowhere to get a drink, nowhere to go to the toilet..............NOTHING

Remember on one occasion wandering around and finding a biscuit wrapper - a Club biscuit wrapper..........and reading it and reading it and reading it and reading it

Also remember getting home and trying for ages to put the tea pot lid on the kettle.......just could not understand why the lid was so small.......just thought while I was out of the house the lid must have shrunk...............and I do not jest

    There's tired.............and then there's tired

There's physical and mental exhaustion - ok it's not the most demanding physical job in the work but it is mentally draining at times

I would imagine working in a highly dangerous and unpleasant working environment like a lot of the lads on here have done is a lot more mentally taxing than some may think.
