I was a massive fan of theirs that's why I'm not watching, would ruin the good memories, their new stuff is woeful apparently. Plus no Kim Deal so not the Pixies anyway.
Put them on after the match, thought they were excellent just what a live performance should be like. Although completely different I also enjoyed Arcade Fire last night, another great performance.
Love early Roxy Music saw them at Sheffield City Hall in the 70's ,think it was their first headline tour......before Ferry became an overbearing ******, still got a unique voice though
Well the half hour I caught they only played the classics. Outstanding rendition of Vamos and Kim's replacement on, Where is my Mind, was not to shabby. Made me laugh that she had a flower stuck in the neck of her bass as opposed to Kim's ciggy.
I think your a ****** ,which is fine ye whatever floats your boat, but you will need vaseline or vosene if its not to hand cos the ass dont produce a sex juice so you can slide in nice n easy
Underwhelming sell outs not even a good example of their genre these days. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
No I agree. I'm no metal fan myself being a bit too mod but I appreciate their early stuff and play it quite often. The later stuff I just find cold and soulless. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Hey, we agree on 2 things: 1. We were massive fans of the Pixies 2. We support Barnsley FC. actually 3 , as I agree re Kim Deal..
Quite entertaining. Fairly up on thrash metal, although I was mostly listening to acid house or the pixies / sonic youth in the late 80's I like that their stuff ain't just verse / chorus... Lars Ulrich is a nob, who kills bears though, so that has tainted my overall enjoyment. Arcade Fire were more my thing.
You're half right. Although if you're saying he's a knob purely for killing bears then you're not right at all.
