    Trying to think who are the best British band, I would say it might actually be Mogwai who were mentioned in the other thread, our music is about as good as our football at the moment.

    Mogwai are fantastic and an amazing live experience. I think that British music is fairly healthy myself. Some great stuff kicking round.

    I heard a bit by these a while back and to be honest they just didn't do much for me. One of their songs sounded a little like an old FB3 tune (the lunatics are taking over the asylum) when it first started up but then drifted into a tune that sounded more like something by The Streets.

    Law of diminishing returns for me. Each album progressively less interesting than the last. Although each has the odd gem in there. Great live but can't help feeling that Chris Karloff's new band (black narcissus) is what Kasabian should still sound like.
