This Brazil side is the worst they have ever produced and their luck has run out. They are an embarrassment and are not fit to wear the famous shirt.

Germany are so good though. Their decision making in the final third is just amazing.

Not watching it as in a hotel in south of France - was planning to watch the second half from my room but just logged on to see the score and every time i hit refresh the Gernans scored - think I may as well stay in the TV less bar now

Agree that Brazil arent very good and now they have lost Neymar are really ordinary - wish I could say the same about the Germans they are just annoyingly good at football year after year

Just hope the Dutch stuff Argentina tomorrow

Simple - Germany are so good at football. It's nothing new.

And, this is a dreadful Brazil side, shorn of their two star players.

Oh, and karma is a biitch.

    I'M LOVING THIS.

I'm sorry the two have said it's because the germans are so good.

This as a lot to do with the Brazilians.

Brazil have finally come up against an opposition with quality all over the pitch. Germany seem to be far superior in every department and their finishing has been sublime, barring that last through ball from Klose.

Well it has, but would the score be 5-0 if England were playing Brazil?

Germany are very good, and its disappointing England can't be as good, because Germany don't do much in the way of flare. I mean, I'm used to watching little players like the Spanish run rings around opposition, but the Germans are big lads, but they have great balance, intelligence and calmness when they are faced with an opportunity.

This isn't me been bitter or hating the Germans but have they got quality in ever position. Personally think their centre backs and strikers are poor. Could quite easily have gone out in last two rounds.

But they've scored 15 and conceded 3 in 6 matches. Where they may lack slightly in one area, they more than make up for it in another. As s team, they're excellent.

I suppose you could really say any of the last 4 have been lucky tbh, that's what's made it an intriguing world cup.

Shows what you can achieve when you run your national league not purely based on greed and money but actually in the interests of fans and the national team. I love 21st century German football. A vibrant exciting fan based league and a great free flowing attacking national team. If only we hadn't sold our soul to the gods of the Premiershit and money.

    Hate football. Love Barnsley.

It's definitely Phil. For anyone still with doubts like... rothred

Centre backs are poor - they've got Hummels and Boateng. Howedes is so good a centre half he plays left back. And Lahm, well, he's just immense.

Poor strikers - Miroslav Klose. Scored more goals in World Cups than ANYBODY EVER. Muller, the best goalscorer around, on the wing. Dream midfielders in Kroos and Schweinsteiger.

    Haha.

    Good old Phil's back.

This German side is a good side Phil and this Brazil side is very weak. They're not fit to wear the same shirt as soon of the great Brazil sides of the past. No heart, passion, skill, creativity or ideas. They are abject.

they've got Hummels and Boateng..... as I said poor. Boatengs bad IMO and Hummels turns slower that a cruise ship.

I also don't see kloser as a top striker. If I was ever thinking about a top 11 i would never think of him.
