He'd have his pick at championship clubs.

Fell out with Gary Johnson a couple of times during, and terminating, his loan spell at Yeovil. Don't think we'd want that kind of aggravation in the dressing room. It's a "no" from me.

Doncaster aren't a champ team though Scott.

21 goals in the last 5 seasons.

Hit a purple patch at Yeovil by the looks of it which is keeping him in the shop window, 10 in 19 games or summat.

Not for me. He'll not come cheap, rumours of him having a divisive attitude too.

Thought he was excellent when he played against Barnsley last season.

He scored 7 goals in 12 games during that loan spell. He can fall out with who he wants for me with that kind of strike rate.

It does sound as though he's a bit of an arse. No a proper wrong 'un, but, er, personality issues. As in, his is crap. I don't care about that. Apparently, Andy Payton was one of the grumpiest, argumentative, horrible little shits that many of his team mates had ever encountered. Dave Regis, on the other hand, was a smashing fella. I know who I'd pick to play up front.

Not that I think he'd come here or that we could afford his wages.

Would that be the game we won 4-1 and he didn't score?

Aye, hit a purple patch. As did Dagnall for us once.

No, I think he's thinking of the home game where we were lucky to get a point.

He's scored 33 goals in 92 starts, so a goal every 3 games he starts. All games at either Championship or Premier League level. We're in League 1. I wouldn't mind a striker at this level with that kind of record.

No. I don't think we even need Hoskins unless COG goes. Quite happy with the forward line as it stands. Not a position with our small budget i'd be looking to waste cash on.

How do you know we've got a small budget. Thats a silly comment to make. Our budget will be top 6 min I would have though.

Also surely we need another striker. COG hemmings Rose. Thats all we have up front.

    go on then Explain.

Maybe selling a player because hes on 3/4 times the divisional average doesn't mean the clubs got no money.
