    Neither would I. But he's scored 21 in 5 seasons. Suppose it depends which stats you want to go on.

    Good debate though. But we're both in agreement that he'll be out of our price range.

    I'm quite satisfied with Hemmings, Hoskins, Rose etc anyway. And COG if he stays. Rather we were discussing the merits of a pair of full backs.

    Definitely, money can be invested in much worthwhile and needed areas of the squad. Mainly right back and central midfield.

    Just had a look on google, read every match report of his time there and he figured prominently for them. Scored once, assisted three, rattled the woodwork three times, missed a couple of sitters. Was always dangerous.

    Not that it matters much how he got on there, it was about getting him out and playing competitive football. He also scored two in four on loan at Gainsborough last season.

    I'm not suggesting he'll be a regular for us or that I think he's this or that, I'm just not one for knocking a 19 year old lad who's not played for us yet. I prefer to give them a chance.

    I think a few of the kids will feature quite a lot this season. Only time will tell if they're up to it but I don't think we have another option to be honest.
