    At a guess, I'd say there's 40% Asian or Asian British (mainly of Pakistani origin, very few Indians) who work in production. 10% White British, and 50% European (Poles, Slovaks, Latvians, Lithuanians, Russians etc).

    About 90% of management are White British though.




    And yes, I 'got' the joke. :)
