    Whoever it is should it come off probably won't be a wow signing to me. Higdon and Stevens are just regular signings. Bringing back McClaughlin or Howard would be below that. Holt has had his best days now. Although Wilson did bring in two strikers from Middlesborough who the same could have been said about and that worked out well.

    I can't think who it would be tbh.

    Id like GMS because of what I've seen if him he look like a reyt player.


    Not sure on Holt. Coming to end of his career and on an absolute fortune at Wigan. Could turn out to be another experience player getting more money? If that's the case he may as well stay at Wigan on the bench though.


    Can't think of anyone 'wow' that we could sign, if you see what I mean.

    This is one of the reasons Danny, Ben and PC must dread these meetings. Things are said, misinterpreted by folk and then become fact. As far as I remember from last night, Danny said he was talking to 2 players today, and if one or both came off we would be "wowed" by them.

    I heard that it's David Beckham coming out of retirement and that Posh Spice has been spotted looking at houses in Royston. Sadly nobody thought to take their phone out to take picture proof.

    It all fits with the rumours of a Miami group wanting to buy us that was in the paper the other week. Becks can scout our players by playing alongside them to see who he wants to sign for his Miami franchise.
