    Then you can book them at a rate of £250 an hour for 10 people (£25 each) up at silkstone. Or just £150 for 10 kids (with other party options available)

    Oh and the best part is its Martin Devaney's company so you'd be doing business with a Barnsley legend and all round top guy.

    Martin brought them down to a fit reds session a few weeks ago and i got to have a go. Was highly enjoyable but christ it was hard work

    [MENTION=53951]only1kp[/MENTION] i was in that fit reds session. Were u doig the program or a vet? It was red hot that day and i did it after playing footy. Almost melted in them plastic balls. It was like been in a greenhouse kitted out with a sauna.
