    Some of you will know that there will be a new fans bar at Oakwell next week. What's it all about?

    Its a bar run by the fans for the fans- we do want to make money, but all proceeds go to Barnsley FC Academy and selected local charities via the Supporter's Trust.

    It will be situated where Preedy's used to be. We will be staffed by volunteers, and we will try and give you what you want, as far as possible.

    Don't expect miracles on day one, and for gods sake don't moan like **** if we get it wrong, because we will definitely get it wrong.

    If you have any ideas, suggestions, questions, or you'd like to volunteer in any way, please get in touch via @redfearnsbar

    Kids will be allowed in, we"ll sell beer at very competitive prices and we'll give all our proceeds away to good causes. What more could you want?

    We would really appreciate it if everyone would sign up in advance to save delays at the door
