Just watched the evening with Danny etc on Player (bit of a moan)

They've got that big fancy camera but they give absolutely no consideration to the sound, just an omni-directional mic on the camera that picks up absolutely everything.

All I could hear was some bloke with a cough that he should get looked at if he still has it, someone whispering to their mate, and the cash draw on the til opening every few minutes.

Sort it out lads, this is a subscription service run by a reasonably big professional football club. It's not just this video either, the sound on the other interviews is pretty poor as well but it's passable given there isn't as much background noise.

Surely Ben will sign off on £80 worth of directional microphones.

 

I'm halfway through watching and thinking the same thing. That till is annoying!!

 

I had to turn it off to be honest, from what I did hear it was all stuff that has already been summarised on here so don't think I'm missing anything but a bit disappointed as I'd got myself comfortable to watch it all and it was worse than trying to listen to something recorded on a mobile phone.

 

So not a wow or a cracker then...
