    Firstly, because we didn't need a manager in the Summer.

    Secondly, Chris fecking Powell????

    Thirdly, harshly treated by Charlton? They were in free fall. Loved by the fans, but the chairman got that sacking spot on.

    He wasn't harshly sacked at all, he should have gone sooner and after he was fired Charlton stayed up under the new manager.
