He is out of position Django.

When he gets the ball on the right, he has no ability to go on the outside.

So he plays it back or sideways.

It's a big jump up from the league from where he came.

He has talent. But he needs to do summat for the team other than be able to shuffle it back inside.

    Cos he does nowt else

Cos he is not where he is feels right

Every time I see Luke Berry I see a much improved version much younger and much much better version of David Perkins.

I can see where you are coming from

but the one thing you are totally missing is the fact that a 4-1 win and in more or less control of the aftrenoons proceedings... the thing you miss is the HUGE confidence boost... to the squad , the management, the board... and hugely the Fans.

Yeah Perkins played regularly out on the right

And Berry will be our player of the year, if he's better than Perkins? (much much)

Perkins often grabbed hold of the game. In midfield. Not always for the best.

    And Berry is doing that?

    Give over

Are you serious about Berry? Like many others on here have said I thought he was excellent today.

I would've agreed if you'd posted this after the first two home games as both he & Brown looked uncomfortable & the balance of the team looked all wrong but....

Credit where it's due, it worked today, both had very good games and the balance of the team looks better.

Felt Berry offered plenty today, nearly scored with a header, several quality passes, the chipped ball to Lita stands out. In the space of two away games he looks like he's come on loads

Berry had a very good game. Abbott looked like a first teamer, but you're right plenty of time for him.

Berry was motm in my opinion. Kept it simple ,won the ball and passed it forward to a red shirt . he's got some quality without a doubt.

    So do I.

Berry had an excellent game. I don't understand why people are knocking some of the players unless they are "fishing"!
