    Glad we have already played them away as that pitch looks awful. No fault of the football club but will probably end up like blackpool's as the season goes on and could end up a big problem for them once the euphoria die's down

    Jim is looking quality, Frank scored a decent finish, but the lad Haynes looks a cut above anyone else. Like a left sided, young Bobby Hassell. He'll be at Chelsea or some other top clubs reserves soon, then loaned out twenty times for 5 years before going to waste.

    I think it's cos they had some fair on it, and didn't know about the football coming back at the time. Just not had time to get it sorted

    It'll be interesting to see. I reckon the recent shenanigans might just have galvanised the fan base. They could well have sold a lot of season tickets off the back of this.

    Edit: I agree 28k is likely to be a one-off but what I mean is that they may well get some decent home attendances this season.

    I think that's a bit unfair. He was probably told he had little future with us, he moved to a club where he's getting to play regular first team football at the same level and he's making a good go of it. I don't think it's too much to ask for us to wish him the best of it.

    Edit: Oh and I think "less money" is still probably pretty decent.
