    For me I would push for Yorkshire to be added to the split .. To hell with Westminster and the pile of ***** that we are left with. To **** the country up up the revolution ,,,,!!!!!!

    I hope it's a yes now to be honest, we'll not be any worse off down here and it'd be interesting to see how things pan out having a land border with a foreign country.

    I would vote Yes if I was Scottish, but as it is now, I want them to stay united with us, because if they leave this Country is fecked!! We will have a Tory Government for ever !!!
    If they do stay though, within the next few years , if the Tories do get back in, Scotland will be punished by the Government for daring to challenge them.

    Just my take on it anyway !

    How will we be no worse off down here. Apparently the Tories will be strengthened. Look at what they're doing in a so-called Coalition, God forbid they get a decent majority in the next election.

    Absolutely no idea, technically I'm not even English!

    I was born in a British Military Hospital in Germany, therefore I'm British and if Scotland get independence I'm an illegal alien or something :)

    Yeah I see your point, but forgetting the local disdain towards the Tories there's no real difference between them and Labour so it doesn't worry me too much if I'm honest.

    Being such a safe labour seat as done just as much harm to Barnsley as the Tories did by taking all our jobs away in the 80's.
