For me it's looking from Pontefract road towards the back of the Ponty end - both old stand and new stand.
Team photo took with Prem Trophy and the FA Cup. Carnt gerrit art of mi heead, been there since I woz a nipper though one of the trophies were different.
As in the club badge image or a photograph that depicts a memorable moment or a photo that in your opinion sums up the club and what it means to you?
Had I taken a camera with me it would have been young'uns trecking from Hoyle Mill and scaling the wall behind the Brewery Stand to get in for nowt. Back when things were proper.
It won't upload reyt, but that one of Hendrie being held aloft, fist in the air after the Bradford game. I can tear up just looking at it. You reds.
Used to watch em every game, top entertainment, trying to hide int Brewery when they`d only be abart 100 in before kick off.
Anyone got a picture of the back of the Brewery Stand? Only about 11 when it got knocked down and never went in it that I can remember.
The players forming a rough circle, crowding around an ear-piece or radio at Huddersfield, waiting for news about the Palace-Peterborough result. Flitcroft's on-pitch speech after that game. Odejayi being swamped under a sea of players after scoring against Chelsea, with the Ponty bouncing behind him. Darren Barnard's jelly-legged celebration against Spurs. The scoreboard showing Barnsley 5 Leeds 2. Half-red, half-blue down Wembley Way. Antony Kay's finger on lips when he tucked the penalty away against Swansea in the play-off final. The sun shining down on a full Oakwell ahead of our Premiership opener against West Ham. Five thousand gloating Norwich fans who seemed to really enjoy relegating us. The fans who walked to Chesterfield to raise money when we were in administration. Isaiah Rankin's goal against Brentford. Relief that we were okay, shock that we'd fallen so far in the first place. The most important goal in our history. We wouldn't have existed, I don't think, had we gone down. Steve Hayward's knee, and the massive hole in it: there were holes in the club, too, and in the manager's thinking. 'He should wear a bell so people know he's coming.'
What happened the the five word season reviews mate you wanted? Was assuming they'd have gone in WSB 5
