    Does anybody know the actual facts? I keep hearing of mostly asian men and mostly white girls but have the figures actually been revealed? What is mostly in these cases?

    They were all Pakistani except one who who Somali as far as I know.

    Usually with this kind of street grooming it's Pakistanis but other Muslims have also been involved in some towns, Kurds and Somalis mainly, some Iraqis and Iranians as well (for eg Blackpool).

    The media avoids using the term Pakistani preferring Asian

    They use the term Asian rather than Pakistani because there are other Asian Nationalities involved.

    I think most of the reports on Rotherham I've heard have used the phrase 'of Pakistani heritage' because alot of the perps are second generation Pakistani or English really
