    Pffttt!
I believe everyone should be entitled to have their say on this, whether it be positive, negative or betwixt the two polar opposites. I'm simply posting mine.
Those sort of piccies are now banned on here. It doesn't stop me looking for them, though! Especially when I'm supposed to be studying archaeology!:D

You make a valid point and lets hope we do win the next 2 games as that would boost everyones confidence levels

    You're not in a minority.

We've only lost 3 games out of the 8 we've played. We've a game in hand over ten of the teams above us. A victory in that game would move us up to 11th, two points outside the play-offs. No one with an ounce of sense, whether they like Wilson or not, thinks he should be sacked for our record so far this season.

That's not to say the result today isn't disappointing. It is. For me, the first really disappointing result of the season. The other losses - Crawley at home was the first game of the season when anything can happen and we were down to ten men, MK Dons were just a better side who are going to brush away many of the opposition this season, they bagged six today.

Today was against a poor side in poor form and it was a bad result. Lost count of the number of times we've put an end to the opposition's poor run of form though. But that's not an excuse, we've got to come away from matches against teams who are struggling with at least a point. It's a bad result. We'll have more bad results again this season, every team has them. We've just got to make sure we have good results too. The players owe the manager a performance and a victory next week.

Well in that case, having regard to your below earth experiences, we ought to have more piccies of well endowed corpses that happen to have defied the natural ageing process whilst underground!

You may end up on Discovery and/or History Channel in which case I nominate myself as your agent (25%?).

Piccies like that will be sensational.

    Just tint them a bit

I worry slightly about where the discolouration comes from....but a dark creamy disguise may suit us well.

Which shockingly well preserved beauty have you dug up recently....err....JLWBigLil?

    Any images to enlighten us?

BigLil - I hope you're right, I really do. And unlike some others I don't want the manager out - we have to stick with him.

But, I'm very disappointed with him and disillusioned about where we find ourselves right now. And my view (and I don't care if this makes me unpopular either) is that this team, even given more time to gel, is not good enough for us to challenge towards the top of the table - this season or next. It has too many weaknesses. I believe the problems are obvious. I hope Danny can see them and takes action.

And before I'm attacked for my opinion, it's because I love this club that I'm expressing them. I want us to be successful as much as anyone.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I take great pleasure in unearthing what may be regarded as dull, tedious & boring. For example, pottery, coins, tools made from flint, bone, stone or antler. Less so, human remains however well preserved.
Any images from a dig are all the property of the dig manager. Also, I can't take piccies of the young girls on the digs as I may get a reputation as a dirty, old man (which would be totally out of character!).

I believe player for player we have a top six squad. However, we continue to concede possession and chances at goal stats to so called lesser teams. Worryingly if you look beyond the new team, time to gel factor, that's down to team formation and ultimately management.

If things don't start to improve say over the next half a dozen games, Wilson may start to panic and we could find ourselves on a downward spiral.

Alternatively, win the next 2 and it's happy days!

    Patience...

If that's your opinion, mate, fair enough. Express it.
Personally, I don't believe the squad rebuilding is complete and one or two are struggling to find their feet at the moment. I'm prepared to be patient with every one of our new players and give them time to show us what they're capable of and why Danny Wilson wanted them at our club.

    I agree with that.

All of it actually. cos you can tell the poster really does mean it. Maybe disillusioned is a bit strong. We need however to rely on Danny and those who have seen the successful team of the future.

With our budget in this division it should be a fairly safe thing to say we wont be near the bottom.

Maybe as a team we're too nice.A tough battle hardened midfielder and a tough as boots target man could be of great value to us.

I think your right a few tweaks and we will be much better. I would like to see a direct pacy winger added to that list as well.
