they take a long long .... LONNNNNNNGGGGG camera sweep across the MANC SCUM and show us their 'Slapped Ass' faces .. I bet they don't though... I reckon the MANURE loving asses at the BBC will try and show just how they were robbed ... or summat like. I just wish they would get Linneker on toneet... that would be bloody great.
ooooh sooo sorry.... ( obviously a closet SCUM URE fan) my deepest sympathy's fella... sadly there is no treatment for you... even the SAMARITANS have given up on the RED Manc Curse
Re: ooooh sooo sorry.... ( obviously a closet SCUM URE fan) What the hell are you on about - it's you that needs the treatment.
Re: ooooh sooo sorry.... ( obviously a closet SCUM URE fan) Do you ever read your posts back when you sober up.
Re: ooooh sooo sorry.... ( obviously a closet SCUM URE fan) EastStander - the Man Utd fan who goes to more Barnsley games than you? Mind, who dunt?
ooh and heres another worshipper of the Church of Ferguson shame your religion is now failing innit... so now all you MANC URE fans can now deny the tablets of Stone that your DEITY the Dread God Alex washed your sad minds with.... your armchair altars are falling. As "new Order" once sang .... " HOW DOES IT FEEL" luvvin it
Re: ooh and heres another worshipper of the Church of Ferguson Less than five mins to go DT. Exciting int it!?
Get ready for the FAO EastStander thread where he tells you he had a season ticket from 1887 to 2007.
Here we go... its the better fan than you brigade. but to answer you ... only managed it 5 last season...and 6 away games too... not managed it yet this season.. will be at the Bradford game . I get one weekend in 6 off.... due to my work pattern .... But it does make me want to ask a question of your life ... How many years do you need to do before you are a Barnsley follower and get the right to have an opinion. I ask this as its obvious I am falling short of the right to express my opinion ... my hurt etc.. My attendances on /off since 1961... which includes holding a season ticket for many seasons.. around 15 years seemingly does not allow me an opinion anymore. So sorry If my service to the Royal Air Force... and my country took me overseas to to the Falklands crisis... Bosnia.. Iraq... guess I have no rights to be passionate about something in my homelands at all.........good night fella... I will go and think about my life .
Re: Here we go... its the better fan than you brigade. Behave yourself you fool. You come on here attacking anybody who doesn't agree with your drunken inane ramblings; you have this obsession with age, claiming that anybody who challenges you about football or music is a teenager. You're not the only one who has served in the armed forces but you're the only ex forces poster who keeps on making a dick of himself. I served in Northern Ireland, as soldier in South Armargh during the troubles, so I know a little bit about it. Oh but in the world of DT I'm a teenager because I don't post obsessively about Man Utd. Grow up and sober up you idiot.
Re: ooh and heres another worshipper of the Church of Ferguson Nothing to do with the "better fan than you", It's just that you seem to be passionate in your hatred of Man Utd rather than passionate in your support of BFC. I asked the question due to you throwing accusations like this around. I was working in Leeds from 1989 until 2001, the Leeds fans were so obnoxious and it was so funny how Man Utd doing well wound them up so much so I started wanting Man Utd to win. Now Man Utd aren't doing as well as they have been and I couldn't care less, then again I'm not working with Leeds fans day in and day out. Problem is I now find I'm losing interest in the Champions league as there is only Arsenal, of the English teams, that I like to watch. Today's game was an entertaining game and, aside from one of the worst referring decisions I've ever seen, well played to Leicester who played with a spirit and a never say die attitude that we could do with at Oakwell.
Yawn. Yet again you peddle this inane rubbish without offering up any proof whatsoever of the BBC supposedly 'loving' Man Utd. Who exactly?? When? I doff my cap with the utmost respect to your years in the forces, DT, but apart from that, why do you enjoy being tarred as an utter imbecile??
The thing that gets me about the accusation that the BBC love Man Utd is that the three main stalwarts of MOTD for the last 20 years have been Lineker, Hansen and Lawrenson - A Leicester supporter who also likes Tottenham, as that's where he played for a while, and two dyed in the wool Liverpool guys, one of whom also likes Preston as that's where he grew up and they were his first club. None of them ever played for Man Utd, none of them have a soft spot for the club. They try not to be biased, but it's hard to shake a rivalry and they probably have less love for Man Utd than any other club in the league. The relatively new bloke on the scene, although he's been there years now, is Alan Shearer, a Newcstle lad who hated Man Utd that much he refused to sign for them even though he could have probably earned more money there and certainly would have enjoyed more success. The accusation just doesn't stand up. If owt, you could say the opposite is the case, although it's a professionally run show and I haven't noticed an anti-Man Utd vibe. But then I'm not a Man Utd fan so I probably wouldn't. As a neutral, apart from the 97-98 season, I don't notice any bias towards any club. The teams that are doing well tend to get the most coverage, as you would expect, the viewers want to see who has a chance to win the league. As we get in to the last couple of months of the season those trying to fight the drop also get a lot of coverage. Maybe the midtable clubs feel a bit hard done by, but none of us really want the main game to be a 1-1 draw between the teams placed 10th and 11th. We want to see the games that matter.
