As many suggest. We might be cut too far adrift. We need at least 8 players who are up to the standard So basically with the transfer window Eè knackered eitherway
I'm an out and out Danny fan and to say IF we give him til Christmas is bull***t. We should give him all this season and as long as it takes after that.
Agree with that 100%. We should give him all this season at the absolute very least. No doubt someone will be saving all the threads that suggest it will be fine so that they can say "told you so" if it isn't, so get this one saved, because I am going to suggest that by Christmas we won't be in the bottom third of the table. If I am wrong, someone can say "told you so" and I'll take it.
Didn't we say this last season It's only October, it's only November , it's only December oh **** where cut adrift league one following year If danny stays it's visits to Accrington next season and home crowds of 5000 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Look at the table Look at the tactics Look at the players Look at the results Look at performances While he stays we have no hope
Unless we improve we will be relegated but Danny must be given more time, we simply can't keep on changing managers. I honestly believe that if the performances don't improve and we're in the bottom four near Xmas he will be sacked and we'll start the same cycle all over again.
I'm confident we won't get relegated, and I for one won't be brow beaten by the usual suspects into thinking otherwise and we all know who the usual suspects are, Tyrone, Barnsley Loyal, huddersfield Red, Marc and many more.
I've stated before that IMO we should give Wilson till Christmas. It sounded bad yesterday and unfortunately it seems that we are slipping back to the losing mentality that haunted us last season. The fans are crying out for signs of progress but are witnessing none. The board are in an incredibly difficult situation and will be damned if they sack Wilson and damned if they don't. In any walk of employment you are expected to perform you duties to the best of your ability, but if you underachieve and fail to meet targets set, the powers that be will start looking for a more competent replacement. Let's hope for some improvement next week otherwise the Christmas scenario may not arrive.
I don't know what you mean by 'usual suspects' or why you badge me as one. But I do invite you to show me where and when I've tried to brow-beat anyone into thinking we'll be relegated. Or where I've even said I think we will be, for that matter
The notion about people brow beating anyone is surely a joke. The individuals are merely expressing concern at the current plight at Oakwell as is their right.
If we are in the same predicament by Christmas to carry on regardless would be madness as the fan base would disintegrate. I suspect that that time frame may not be reached on current displays
