Venue - Berkland, Berkdale, Greater Berkchester. I'm gooin'. Danny lad, I've been very unimpressed throughout your second tenure and my faith in you is fading fast. Here's your chance to redeem yourself and wipe the smug grin off that arrogant ****er's rotund face. YRCO.
Trouble is the berk is good at giving out towellings at this sort of game. Look how he used to turn over Leeds. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Free hit for us tomorrow - weve got points in the bag so no pressure on us at all. Danny is under huge pressure - seen this week by panicking into the loan market - why doesn't he just work on the quality players he signed? or has he lost his touch? Really looking forward to tomorrow and a cracking game win, lose or draw. Upthedale.
'Danny is under huge pressure' - he's not at all. Only 9 games in after a complete overhaul of the squad. Just a few daft uns saying that. As I said earlier this week, can't undo 8 years worth of damage in someone's first proper season in charge. 'Seen this week by panicking into the loan market' - again, load of *****. At the start if the season he said himself he though we were 4/5 players short and that the loan marked would be used. That's exactly what he's done.
Panicking? He always said he was going into the loan market because he needed a couple of more players, even on our unbeaten run.
Id be worried if our manager started the season 4-5 players short? You've got 5 or 6 forwards to choose from now which looks from the outside as poor planning / squad building. As for not being under pressure? We'll see tomorrow if you go a goal or 2 down what pressure you put him under. Good luck - our team are buzzing at the minute.
You didn't have a 10k a week striker on your books and a goalkeeper on wages not too similar that you were only allowed to offload 2 weeks before the start of the season though. Once they were gone we could sign players. You need to do a bit of research before trying to sh*t stir on this site and wind up the masses.
We did have him once - on a sixth of those wages probably! You don't really have to pay transfer fee's for players at this level though - there's loads of quality players out there if you know what you are doing. Our team cost nowt - but look a million dollars. Matt Done, Matt Lund, Ian Henderson, Peter Vincenti, Conrad Logan, Jack O'Connell, Jamie Allen, Bastien Hery. You'll know a few of those names after tomorrow.
Dreadful enough to turn down 600k from Palace? He's a superb player, quick, strong and an eye for goal, works like hell for the TEAM - what more could you want?
Well actually Keith turned the offer down. Then we released him. All the things you mention there are the opposite if when we had him. Spineless & ****. Maybe we were too big for him, I don't know. Guess he must like playing for small teams.
Who are they? Since coming back to us you'd struggle to name an handful of the people he's brought in that have proved themselves.
Nothing to do with transfer fees. It is about wages as a % of turnover. Whilst the high earners were here we could not sign enough players to fill the squad. Lets not forget that another two disaster names from your place, Flitcroft and Kennedy are a factor here. The first giving the second a large value contract with the second needing pissing off because he was diabolical.
Really? I'm surprised you'd say that as that wasn't really the angle I was going for. Still, who am I to say what you should consider deep?
2 play offs and 2 top 3 finishes in league 2 , and 9th place in league 1 suggest he's fantastic full stop. All done with next to nothing budget. Genius.
