When we first signed Ricardo Vaz Te. Looks like he's got bags of talent, but his application just seems to let him down. Think when he plays a few more games and gets that match sharpness, he could be a cracking player for us.
Looks the part. At the moment though he delivers little or no end product. Think it'll come though. Certainly got the appetite.
It seems to me his brain is about 2 seconds in front of his feet, lots of good ideas with the application lacking at times, there's a pretty decent player though in there that's for sure
Is it me or do the other players appear to not be fond of him? Hourihane was shouting at him, Berry threw his hands up at him and two or three times he wasn't picked out when he was clear of the full back. Anyway, I really like him. Seems very energetic, forward thinking and opens doors. Just needs a final product and he'd be a brilliant addition, albeit on loan.
Busy laiker, lots of 'oooh' moments but often unrewarded. End product will come. But will he be our laiker when it does? I think I like him. Not seen enough yet to be sure.
Gets plus points from me just for always being available to receive a throw in. Think he has bags of talent. Just needs to make the right choices. Easier said than done.
One month. Ends on the 3rd Nov. http://www1.skysports.com/football/...illiams-moves-from-fulham-to-barnsley-on-loan
I like him. Would like to see him given a go on the wing though. The two guys sitting behind me pretty much hate him. Opinions eh..
My favourite part of his game is when he receives the ball with his back to the defence. He doesn't take the easy option and lay the ball off, he turns to face the defender and looks to run at him. Love that confidence and I'm sure he'll start creating and scoring goals. Every game I go to I come away impressed with a different player. That suggests we've got a lot of good players in our side and we're not just relying on one or two. When they all start showing that kind of form consistently we're going to win a lot of games.
Or that you're easily impressed? On a serious note, I rate Williams. How he gets on the ball and runs directly at the opponents is something we've been lacking. He works his b*llocks off too. Frustrated me today though, when he chose to dive in the box rather than staying on his feet and putting a ball into the middle.
