    I know lets stop all the services local councils provide turn off the street lights. Stop collecting rubbish. Stop housing the homeless. Shut all tbe schools. See how we get on. We could give some tax cuts to the mega rich that would be great.

    They are culling 25% of jobs at council apparently. You can bet it won't include Houghton or his hangers on. They won't even be taking a pay cut or freeze.

    Far too many chiefs at the place. They have been haemorrhaging,cash for decades. This had to happen.

    Useless fekkers have been running this town far too long. It's always the rank and file that suffer.

    The council shunning private investment for their own vanity project that hasn't even started after over a decade of talk and no action is the council's biggest mistake and caused economical damage that will take years to recover from.
