Walking usually quite quickly past Peel Square bogs I always cast a glance towards the missing Casa Disco and remember times when we had good local shops.

Casa Disco, that computer shop round the corner from there which sold loads of Spectrum games. Is there still much of a second hand market on Tuesdays? What about pie and peas in the indoor market? Quality snap, though I remember once finding a used nappy under my table there, which was a little off putting. Not enough to make me abandon my lunch though.

Is that a massage by a gay person or did they fiddle with you and give your inner rectum a massage?

I used to have a Saturday job in Neals music shop in the Arcade in 1972.
I was bought Focus 3 (by Focus) from there by my mum for my birthday. Still got it.
This was at the time the Rolf Harris Stylophones were the most popular items on sale.

    Butterfields for boozing

I can remember Butterfields when it was a shop!
They had those capsules for whizzing receipts to the centre of the earth.

    What a call!

So many journeys into tarn on the bus with a 40 min to load cassette for the return journey.
