Try braising some beef brisket in an inch or two of stock, so tender and full of flavour for a cheap cut.

    Phillips Air Fryer

Mate you also need to invest in the Phillips Air Fryer! "

Chips, Fishfingers, Chicken, Steak, Bacon, Sausage, practically anything can be cooked with zero fat/oil! And its very quick with no mess

Simple Pulled Pork with basic ingredients.

    - Chop up 2 white onions and layer the bottom, add to this layer 4 thinly sliced garlic cloves.
    - Meanwhile.... mix a tablespoon each of brown sugar, salt, ground cinnamon, ground cumin and chilli powder.
    - Dry the pork shoulder with kitchen roll and pat all over with the spice mix.
    - Pour 1/2 pint of chicken stock into the slow cooker and put the pork shoulder skin up into the cooker.
    - Cook on high for 6-8 hrs or low 8-10 hrs
    - Remove meat and shred with two forks.
    - Pour the remaining contents of the slow cooker through a strainer and then return the strained contents with the shredded pork back into the slow cooker with the setting at warm/low and mix together, adding a little of the liquid to moisten the meat.

    Reyt meyt treat.

Stuck my pork in this morning, Oooooo Errrr!. So pulled pork for tea :p

Followed this recipe http://goo.gl/BM4vtS but used Jack Daniels instead of Whisky. It's near enough.

It's was so good last time, I never bothered mixing in the BBQ Sauce. Just added a dollop on the side.
