I'm in two minds whether to drive down or go on train so if possible, could some of u tell me how far away is the stadium from the train station (walking distance in time) and should I go by car, any ideal places to park and whether it's a nightmare or not. Cheers peeps

Ground is a good 20-30 minutes walk from the station, so might be a taxi job. It is basically one long road though so easy enough to navigate. Didn't appear to be much parking at the ground, although I've heard there's street parking pretty close by.

Train station is 1.3 miles from the ground. About a 25 min walk.

That's the walk some of us are having to make after the 26 mile walk getting to the game :nails:

I think they are seriously underestimating a 26 mile walk - difficulty and time to do it.

If you walk reasonably quickly you can do about 4 miles per hour, I do on the way home from work.

That is a serious walking pace. An inexperienced walker won't be able to keep that up for long. 3mph is considered to be brisk and will be difficult to keep up for the duration for some. Also need to factor in time for the breakfast stop they are planning and other comfort stops. I think they are setting off at 3 so should have enough time though.

My prediction though (in a Mr T voice) - pain.
