No one played well today. I don't think the Scunny goalie had anything worthy of note to do.
Ah, well. Wine beckons tonight and the hope of better things on Tuesday night.

I agree Kev, not a great performance by anybody. I agreed with the MoM award but I thought Berry was the best of a very bad bunch.

I will be drinking lager and watching boxing tonight. Football can piss off.

Never mind - it's only football.

Things will look different again next time out - that's inconsistency for you.

Bad day at the office today for all the lads, in my opinion. I didn't have a problem with young Berry getting the award for the reasons you've given.
It seems I'm not a proper fan, though, as I want Danny Wilson to continue as manager. I'm just a Happy Clapping peasant with no morals.:D
Hopefully, Winnall won't be out of action for too long. However, whilst he IS missing, it gives the opportunity for someone else to step up to the plate and stake a claim for a regular place in the starting line up.

I thought that's what it would be, mate. Shame for the lad. Us, too.

Thought it must be. When a player goes off instantly like that it's usually a tear. Out for a few weeks no doubt.

    We were shockingly bad today.

Glad I missed it then, in a hindsighted fashion.

I'm sure he told the players some home truths in the dressing room. I think most managers try to put a gloss on it in public but I do agree with you it would be nice to hear him being frank and honest about the performance.

Well if he told them at halftime, it didn't show when they came out for the second half. No fire in their play from the resumption...

I agree. Mainly because of who we were playing. Very poor team turned up and got 3 points because we shot ourselves in the foot.
