It might be a bit tricky for some the first couple of times but once you have your account set up properly I don't see how it's complicated.

Yes, the right way. But you have to find it, its at the end of a maze guarded by Sabre Toothed Billy Ronsons.

Maybe the fact there was still a season card involved in the transaction made it harder than it needed to be then? I'm not sure but I hope they make it simpler if we ever get a big game at home in the near future

That's what it sounds like to me. It you added any tickets at all to a season card then you had to assign the other tickets to someone.

Have had all the above mentioned issues when buying tickets for Sunday. I bought tickets for the Burton game without any problems but now it has asked me to assign all the tickets I tried to buy for Chester. When registering someone, some fields are mandatory too, including mobile phone number, which I don't like. My 77 year old father doesn't have an email address or mobile phone so I had to use my own details again. A ridiculous state of affairs. I hope they have strict rules about privacy of information and don't sell my personal information on to third parties...

Go to tickets section and log in. Before you select a game to buy tickets for click on 'Manage My Network'

I have a small DJ agency & my website & technology is far more advanced than anything BFC have.

Mansford get a grip. Some good things, but, at a customer level not one small improvement. Customer is king, not a mug.

He very obviously didn't want to know when I raised it. 'Forcing' customers to do things is where he's at on this I'm afraid

Yeah, as soon as he came in I saw him as Cryne's George Osborne ... the bringer of bad news.

Hope Danny can get some results soon. We are about where I expected.
