    Not stubborn. He didn't have a clue what formation to play at the start of the season, just the style of play.
    After Jennings's performance he'll be willing to play 4-4-2

    He hasn't shown he can turn things around after a defeat or poor performance. Even mid game I really don't see tactical awareness. Last few games we have had opportunity to switch to 4-4-2 early, we haven't took the chance. When he finally does make the change like today it's too late in the game although there is clear improvement. Can he turn the season around, at this rate he won't have the chance to. Season so far has seen us gO backwards.
