I don't blame him at all. What he's put up with up there is unreal, I'm surprised he didn't do it sooner.

Would it surprise anyone if they started again from scratch in the English league using St James park as their new ground ?

I'd love to see the 2 big clubs move into the English leagues. Make them start in the conference and let them work their way up. Would certainly out money through the gates in lower league football.

Would it be possible though? They've talked about this for years now...

We've enough sides that aren't English playing in the English leagues without adding more.

What does that matter? I really don't see the issue at all. British football as a whole would benefit massively.

    Course they would mate

Rangers & Celtic would fill every away end every other week

Yes they would be trouble at some matches but no different to what we already have now

And i dont think Barnsley fans can say anything about trouble when we are the worst behaved supporters this season (Police quote not mine)

All the jock leagues, they're piss poor,
Take the jock premier league teams, and the top five in jock championship, along with top seven in English league two and start a new league between league one and league two in the English football pyramid, moving 7 teams up in all leagues below give it ten years and it'll be an amazing league system, and jock league would be same as Welsh league.

Problem I have with the Welsh teams is that the Clubs and players are subject to Welsh FA disciplinary rules which aren't necessarily the same as the ones that the English FA would apply. I assume any Scottish teams wanting to play in one of the English leagues would be under the jurisdiction of the FA in Scotland.

No way, the English league is for English clubs. It already hacks me off that we have Welsh clubs in the league; we don't need them.

    Is this a wind up?

This bit in particular is very interesting. How would this work and what would it be called?

It would be division four of five, same as it is now 4 up 4 down, give it ten years and it will be all settled in and sorted cream will rise to the top the **** will sink to the bottom
